Outside tournament directors begin booking dates a year, or more, in advance.
Any requests or agreements must go through one of our Tournament Coordinators (Jesse Barrows or David Butts) who will look at our tournament calendar for available dates to match your tournament needs (group size, preferred format, playing time, course preference, contests, food and/or alcohol catering, etc.).
