Joshua Cantrell
Golf Course Manager, Head Golf Professional
Joshua has been a PGA member since 2012. He completed the Professional Golf Management Program at the University of Idaho. While attending college Josh worked at the University Golf Course and interned at Lost Tracks Golf Course under the guidance of former PGA President, Brian Whitcomb. Since 2012, Josh climbed from 3rd Assistant Golf Professional to Head Golf Professional at The Club at Spurwing in Meridian, Idaho. Josh has been the Golf Course Manager at Moose Run Golf Course for the previous five years. He is also a veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force as a Munitions Systems Technician from 2000 – 2006. He was born and raised in North Texas and had been living in Idaho since being stationed there. Josh and his wife, Jessica have 2 sons, Conlan & Kingsley. Josh loves to hunt and fish.


Jacob Seabolt
Golf Course Superintendent
Jacob has essentially grown up on the property. He has been here for over 25 years, working his way up from a Laborer to become one of the most knowledgeable and resourceful Superintendents in the entire military system. Jacob's dedication to Moose Run shows every day with the product he turns out and the excellent morale of his staff. We are fortunate the have him on our team! Jacob is a lifelong Alaskan who enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and numerous other outdoor activities. When Jacob is not at work you will find him relaxing at the cabin with his family.

Steven Taylor
Assistant Golf Professional
Steven has been with us at Moose Run since May of 2020 in various capacities. He worked as a cart attendant for 2 seasons before becoming a pro shop attendant. In 2023, Steven was accepted into the PGA's Professional Golf Management (PGM) program and was promoted to Assistant Golf Professional. He is currently a Level 1 Associate and will hopefully become a PGA member by the end of the 2025. Steven is a lifelong Alaskan and can usually be found golfing with friends and family when he is not working.
