Moose Run Golf Course Clubhouse Rental

Open to military and the public, the Moose Run clubhouse is a perfect spot for your event. Reservations must be made at the Moose Run Clubhouse between the hours of 0800 and 1600, Monday through Friday. The Clubhouse is available for reservations only during those times Moose Run Golf Course is closed, approximately 15 November through 28 February of each year.

• Group 1. Active duty Army units, Directorate and Special Staff elements conducting official training classes or functions during normal duty hours. For training classes or functions the Clubhouse Rental Contract must be signed by the Unit Commander, Director or Special Staff Officer. This group may make reservations up to 90 days prior to the desired date of use, at the rate of $40.00 per hour.

• Group 2. Active duty, National Guard, and Reserve military units, Directorates and Special Staff units conducting non-training functions during non-duty hours may make reservations up to 90 days prior to the desired date of use, at the rate of $60.00 per hour.

• Group 3. Active duty personnel and their family members over age 21, and retirees and their family members over age 21 may make reservations up to 75 days prior to the desired date of use, at the rate of $100.00 per hour.

• Group 4. Individuals, or civilian organizations not covered by Groups 1, 2 or 3 above, may make reservations 60 days prior to the desired date, at the rate of $135.00 per hour provided:

• This group is mainly comprised of non-military or DoD ID card holders.
• The group and/or sponsor does not practice any form of discrimination because of race, creed, color, religion or national origin.
• The group and/or sponsor will not receive any personal gain from the event.

A four (4) hour minimum is required for all functions (excluding Group 1) with additional assessments for each hour beyond the minimum. A one (1) hour set-up time is authorized at no additional charge. The set-up time will be the hour immediately preceding the start of the function.

Cleaning/Damage Deposit : Groups 2, 3 and 4 reserving the Moose Run Clubhouse are required to place a cleaning/damage deposit of $250.00. The cleaning/damage deposit must be made at the time the reservation is made and the rental contract completed. This fee is refundable approximately fourteen days after the date of the function.

There are no cooking facilities available. Groups may use the snack bar as a serving counter, they may also use the ice-machine and the three glass door coolers. Deep fat fryer and the stove will have the electricity shut off.

Clubhouse has 115-person capacity.
